All classes are 50 minutes

Policy
-Escape Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to
_comply will result in a charge for the price of the session missed.
-All Reformer classes require a private introductory class for those
_unfamiliar with the reformer apparatus.
-Please wear comfortable clothing and leave your shoes at the door
_when you arrive.
-We ask that you please bring water and a towel to each session.
-Reservations for all classes are required.
-Please turn your cell phone off for the duration of your session.
